Environment Access

Hello. 

This question relates to my environment and not a flow question. 

How can i check which users have access to my Environment (not the default environment)?  I know how to add a user, but i need a report which lists all the users who have access and what security role. Is this possible, if so. How?

1.  Go to the Power Platform admin centre and select your environment

https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments

2. Under Access you will see Security Roles (you can check who has the System Administrator role for example) and Users (to see which users have access to your environment):

Thank you. How can i export this view?. 

Within this view, i can see some users listed, however, when i click their name and see their security role, they are not assigned nothing? does this mean they don't have access to the environment

The names you see are users who have access to the environment and data.

Some users may have Security roles assigned to them, such as System Admin.

To get a list of users see:

You can then download the list as a csv file, then do some filtering in Excel

I am not seeing the same thing as you. 

When i go to environments, Under Access, i click on User then See All (as per your first picture) . 

Here i am shown a list of users, but i dont see no option to export. 

All i see is Add Users, Refresh, Manage Users in Dynamics 365. 

If i click on Manager Users in Dynamics 365 i see a view called Enabled Users which consists of users who i dont think have access to the environment.  There are other system views too 

All i need is a view to show me everyone who has access to the environment and what security role they have

The Environment management in the Power Platform admin center doesn't seem to have an export function.

Hi. 

What is this supposed to export?. I just tried it and it failed, but looking at the error log, it appears this is trying to export values such as name, address, city, fax, mobile phone etc... 

I literally just need to export the users who have access to my environment?

The Export action exports all user objects from your Environment. You will need to use Excel to filter the users.

See accessmode, and firstname not equal to #

 

This is not an option I have used, but does give you more than you need, but you do see the environment users.
