Our current flow is showing very erratic behaviour.
The logic is as follows:
- On a Azure Devops, when a ticket moves to a certain state (closed), this triggers an email to be sent in outlook
Previously these emails were sent immediately after the ticket was moved to closed. Now we are getting 10/20/30 emails being sent in one go.
Not sure what the problem is which is causing this.

Can you please post a screenshot of the flow so that we can have a look and better assist you?
I want to check what trigger and folowup you are using. If you are using the when an item is updated trigger then it will kickoff the flow at the slightest change on the item. We should be able to get to a better resolution once we have a look at the flow.

Could you share a screen shot on your flow?
It seems that your flow will be triggered when the state of a ticket is changed to Done, then send out an email.
I have made a flow likes below, which will be just triggered one time when the state is changed to Done.
Do you have any other flows that will be used to update other fields of a ticket. If there are any, please close the running flows and try again.

I have turned it off, made tweaks and turned it back on again. I guess i can try re-creating it completely.
I was just hoping that there was a known bug or something which was being fixed with microsoft flow in general, as this flow was working perfectly and now it isn't!

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
