Error being received when testing flow

I am receiving the following error when running an approval Flow.  User is active, has email, can login but error states they are not in Directory. Any assistance would be great.  thanks in advance.

Error:

BadRequest. The request failed. Error code: 'XrmApplyUserFailed'. Error Message: 'Failed to create a CDS system record representing user '7430eef6-c6ea-4822-8dc2-e4e46662e89a' with code 'UserNotInActiveDirectory' and message 'User with objectId:7430eef6-c6ea-4822-8dc2-e4e46662e89a does not exist in AD tenantId:210ec3f8-7f5f-4de8-91b6-f08f09ff8aa3'.'.

Hello Team, When an Approval is created it creates a record in the CDS database.

Now this thing in particular does not require any special licenses but it does require Access.

I think one of your administrators might have changed the security permissions on the environment or CDS database where you are creating the approval?

Can you check this with your Administrator ?

Please check a similar thread where the user was facing the exact same issue and the notes mentioned above were the cause of the issue.

unfortunately I am the Admin.  If you can point me in the right direction of what to check for and or where would be great.  The Flow works with any other account except the one noted in the error.

Hello Team,

Try out the following -

I think your user  is a normal office365 user and doesn't have a Dynamics 365 license.

Can you assign the Dynamics365 user rights to that person and check if the Flow moves ahead ?
