Figured the most probable cause for this one. Our user had two emails. Previously working flow attempts were made using the right email. That not working one was because the user had been opening the approval notification via the context of his second account which was not the same email as the approver.

Hello,

The one organization opening the email and approval is the same.
But we can't "Approve" and "Reject" the Button. Always show me this "Failed to validate ............................." the issue message box. Could you please suggest a solution for this issue if you are available?

My organization is also seeing this error recently. We have flows which send approval requests and many users are able to respond via Teams but not using the approve/reject options in the emails. I've checked that they are logged in correctly and the requests are being sent to individuals, not groups.

Also running into this issue. Just started today (12/27).

**Update**

Seems like this is a known issue and Microsoft is aware/working on a fix.

Microsoft spoke to my company saying that they performed an update and that it affected the power automate. In this way, they are working to resolve it as quickly as possible, some companies have already had the problem resolved
