I think it is not possible to change this, unfortunately.
Can you check with the team for Power Automate and post here if you found a way to do it though? Maybe I need this too for some cases.
If there is really no way and you confirmed it, then try submitting it as an idea in Power Automate Ideas for it to be considered to be added as a feature.
If you need to hide certain information from appearing upon inspection of the Flow Run , I believe you can use this workaround: Secure Inputs and Secure Outputs (docs.microsoft.com)
If you use this and turn it on under the Settings of the Action Block or Trigger Block for which you want to hide the information, you could in this way cause certain sensitive information to not appear in the Flow Run History entry upon inspection.
Sometimes, You have to leave Outputs off if you get an error like this on trying to Save the Flow:
So I go back in and turn Outputs off:
I Save
Even if Outputs is Off, the information is hidden completely for that block:
However, always try it with both Secure Inputs and Secure Outputs set to "On" - only if it does not let you save, you can turn the appropriate, relevant one only that is stopping the save and causing the error to show up, to "Off".

If you need to hide all the information, you'll need to repeat the steps in the above doc article for every Action Block want to hide the information. Remember to do those steps for the Flow Trigger, too, if you need to hide that stuff too. You'll need to do this for every Action and Trigger in every Flow.
Other than this, I am not aware of any other way.
It is also not possible to delete the information or retroactively delete the already generated previous entries of Run History, you either have to wait until 28 days when it will be deleted automatically, or you may have to ask someone at Microsoft to do that for you for your specific tenant if must be done immediately, and I am also not sure if they are able to do it or not even upon request.
If you need the feature to delete run history, you can check first if it is possible now - if it is not, try ask your team if you can put a request to the Power Automate engineering team. Also you should consider to try submitting it as an idea in Power Automate Ideas for it to be considered to be added as a feature.,

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
