Get Items from MS List and filter query produces nothing.

Hello,

I'm currently trying to create a flow that checks the multiple due date columns and if it is 30 days, 15 days, or 1 day from now then send a reminder email to the email listed in the people column of MS List. For now i'm testing one condition for 30 days. The flow was working fine yesterday when I tested it but today when I tested it, the "Get items 30 days" does not produce any value. I have double checked my ms list and can confirm there is a date 30 days from now in my test entry. The reason for the 2nd get items filter query is that in the email I only want to show the row that got triggered 30 days from now, not the entire MS list table.

If you have more than 100 items in your SP list, you will need to toggle on pagination and set a threshold. The Get Items action returns 100 items per call by default, if you want more items returned per call you'll need to toggle on pagination and set a threshold. The threshold max is 5000.

Thanks I only have 70 entries in the list. Anyways, i've just tried your suggestion and still the get items doesn't retrieve the column.

The video you suggested is great but I have multiple due date columns and I'm trying to show only the row that is triggered to display in the email.

I also have the correct internal SharePoint column names. I've added 2 test rows that have the deliverable due dates exactly 30 days from now (August 4th, 2024).

@Muj If you review your filter query, you can see the dates that your variables have outputted:

Since your filter query is looking for an exact match, it's looking for these dates. The screenshot you've shared in your recent post don't include any of the dates I've highlighted. You will need to adjust your expression. Please refer to this YT Tutorial: How to Work with 📆 Dates in Power Automate | Example Scenarios and Tips & Tricks

It covers how to use the addDays() function.

That was the flow from 2 days ago which was working correctly. here is the output from today: 

it has the correct add days and correct date 30 days from now in my MS List

@Muj To troubleshoot your filter query, I would recommend testing out one condition at a time. Then adding in additional conditions to see which one is causing the Get Items action to not return any items.

Also, maybe toggle off the New Designer. It's still buggy (not saying this will solve your problem) however, it's worth a shot.

Alright i've changed it to old designer and removed the other conditions to check. I've tried filter query ge or le and both worked its just eq that doesn't work to get the exact date when it hits.

Here is my flow from start to finish:

Note the two compose at the end are just formating codes that formats the table for my email.
