Hello everyone I have the following situation and I need your help
I am creating a module for the purchasing team
I have a flow to send attachments from notes to an email, the flow is activated by a yes/no field.
In the entity (purchases) I have the following data:
- Data 1. Supplier contact: Through a search field of the contacts entity. I show the contact information of the supplier through a quick view: quick view shows: email and phone
- Data 2. The buyer user of our company: Through a search field of the users entity.
- Data 3. The author who generates the record: Author entity
I need the email to include the dynamic data of these emails:
- Sender: that the email (Data 3) is sent from the email of the author of the record
- Destination: (Data 1) supplier's contact email.
- Copy (CC): (Data 2) Mail from the company seller
How can I correctly call the entities and fields in my flow so that the emails are correctly included in my email?
I really appreciate your help

Hi @nahumjn ,
I suppose you are using the dataverse entity as data source and below is my test flow:
Also, let’s say we have already receive the GUID of Purchase entity record that we want to use. Then we can use “Get a row by ID” action to get the email addresses of supplier email and buyer email addresses.
Inside the “Get a row by ID” and “Get a row by ID 2” action, please select the dynamic content according to the screenshot above.
Then you can use the Email dynamic content and the Primary email to send the email.
However, please also let me know if there is only one creator or there are lots of creators crating different records, because if you want to send the email from the creator’s email address, then you need to go to the exchange admin center or the office admin center to configure related settings so that you can use your own outlook connection to send the email on behalf of the creator. And if there are lots of different record creators, then this flow is not the choice to achieve your request as it would be a mess in this case.
Best Regards,
Hen Wang

Hi @HenWang
Thank you so much
There would only be one creator, but he would have 1 or 2 backups in case of absence, in any case the sending of emails or the creation of records would only be done by one person at a time, and I prefer that the email be sent from the creator's email.
I already have the creator accounts configured to be connected to the outlook in dynamics 365.
This flow would work for me correct?
Regards
Hi @nahumjn ,
In this case, you will need to add new connection for this creator's account in "Send an email" action: click three dots button -> add new connection -> login the creator's account
And yes, this flow would help you to get the email address that you want.
Best Regards,
Hen Wang
