How to automatically move a row from a sharepoint list to a different one

Hey! I have this sharepoint list

 In my code I press button and it changes Approval to "Accepted". My question is, how to move a row, where I changed approval to accepted automatically to a different sharepoint list?

Hi @Filistyn ,

There is actually a template you can use to get started.  You can incorporate it into your existing flow or change the trigger to Item is Modified.  Basically it involves creating a list item in the new list and deleting the exisitng one.

Hello! I have tried this: but it did not work.

Basically my logic was if the "Approval" column change its value from Pending to Accepted, it will move the row to new sharepoint list and delete the old one.

Is your Approval field a choice field? 

If so, don't use Approval but rather, there should be another field called Approval Value.  Below is an example of a single choice field with 2 options.

Approval is a JSON string which you won't be able to do a comparison to a string

Thank you for you advice, I am gonna try it and come back with the results.

Also approval is single line of a text. The default value is "Pending" and I have a gallery in my power app. 

If you press any of the buttons, the value of Approval will change to "Accepted" or "Declined" depends on what you click. If that happens, the row from the original sharepoint list will move to a new sharepoint list, because the request has been accepted (or declined).

Just wanted to show you more deeply what I am working with.

If it is a single line of text field, I recommend adding a Compose action before it and checking the actual value.

I should have asked earlier but is your condition actually passing or is it failing?

Hi @Filistyn ,

So if we look at the first action which is Create Item, the item is not being created in the new list?

Can you confirm the site and list is correct and you have specified the correct mappings?  Can you post a screenshot of your configuration?

Hello Eric, sorry for my delayed answer.

My power automate flow looks like this:

 The logic behing is that if a new request in my app is created and I change its approval value to "Accepted", it will create the exactly same request in my second sharepoint list and delete the old one. But it does not work.
