How to edit list of approvers after initiating "Request approval (everyone must approve)" workflow

Hello,

I have used the Request approval (everyone must approve) workflow from power automate to initiate few approvals. I now want to go and look at list of approvers and edit the list. How can this be achieved? I tried to tap the 3-dot menu next to my file in the SharePoint library and go to More -> Workflow option but it does not show any running workflows.

You will not see evidence of any Flow running from a SharePoint list or list item or document.  You could see the workflows running on a document or list item with SharePoint Designer workflows, but not with Flow.

Can you explain what you mean by editing the list of approvers.  You can't edit the list of approvers for a running Flow.  To make any changes, you need to edit the Flow - changes will only be effective for Flows that start after the changes are saved.

Thanks for the response. I have enabled the workflow "Request approval (everyone must approve)" that comes pre-configured in Power Automate. After enabling the workflow, I started approval process for a document. One of the approvers has probably not been correctly selected (wrong user) when initiating the approval workflow for the document.

I have below questions:

• Some approvers have already approved the document now. From the running workflow (I can see in Teams), I have option to cancel the workflow. If I do so, will the approval done by some of the approvers stay recorded or I will have to initiate for all again?
• Is there some way to edit the approver list without canceling the workflow?
• In SharePoint, how do I see the status of who has approved the document?

• If you cancel the approval, no information from the Approval action will be available.  So, if others have already approved, those approvals are lost
• There is no way to edit the approver list without cancelling the workflow.  However, an approver can reassign the approval request
• The approval information (who approved, comments, etc.) does not get stored in SharePoint unless, after the approval action is complete, you add that info to the list item of document properties

Thanks again for your reply. This solves my queries. I will need to customize the workflow provided by SharePoint to enable few things and I may come back with more queries when I do that.

But your responses helped me cross the line for current set of reviews that I had initiated. I had to cancel and reinitiate couple of them.
