How to extract body of calendar events without html coding in end result

Hello,

I created a flow recently to pull extract data from my Outlook calendar (Subject, Start Date and Body) and sent them via email as an HTML table. I managed to (at a basic level) extra the first two easily, but when I extract the Body, it comes out with what looks like HTML coding. See below.

Is there a way to extract the Body without the coding?

Thank you,

Michael

Hope this helps, may be I was thinking too much and thought we might need SharePoint to store the converted html value in some place but I was able to work this in the foreach itself.

@MikeyCas this might sound stupid but after the send an email action(this would be to some admin or dummy id) add html to text action and then send the output of this action to send an email(to actual id). Just trying to see if this works.

Hello @jinivthakkar it worked, but now it's all in one paragraph and not in a table. :S Is there a way to keep it in a table?

Thank you,

Michael

@MikeyCas in this case you once you have the events, before you build the table you need to have a for each loop and you need to the pass the values which have html content to html to text action and pass the output of html to text action for creating table. This will remove the unwanted html and your table would be as expected. Give it a try.

I apologize for my lack of experience @jinivthakkar. I tried your suggestion and ended up with only the option to use "Current Item" and not the output. When I try putting everything under the Apply to Each loop, then I end up with a lot of emails.

@jinivthakkar I'm sorry to bother you, but did you have a chance to check my last response? By converting HTML to text, I get stuck in the loop and I don't get the desired results. If you could help, it would be much appreciated!

@jinivthakkar This was a stroke of genius! You are amazing! Thank you so much!

This 'HTML to Text' is a preview version, can you suggest something else as this can't be used in production as it is a preview version.
