Microsoft Forms and Outlook with Sharepoint

Hi guys 🙂
i have a question about microsoft flow. I want to get one E-Mail after 10 people fill the Form. How can i change the option to get only one E-Mail after ten people fill the Form?  Someone wrote me that i need to create a list in Sharepoint. What kind of list and should i paste the URL of the Form? Please show me screenshots of the process from Sharepoint because i work the first time with Sharepoint.  Thank you in advance for the information.

Do you want to send an email when all the 10 users submitted a form?

Currently, the trigger available for Microsoft Forms is When a new response is submitted. There is no trigger can be used to trigger a flow when all responses submitted.

However, you could consider saving all the responses in a SharePoint list first, then once all the responses are saved to the list, send out the email.

I have made the following test, please take it for a reference.

The form is inclusive of Name, Age, Birthday, and Selection fields.

The SharePoint list contains the corresponding columns, each of type Text, number, date and choice.

A screenshot for the list:

When a response is submitted in the forms, get response details.

Add an action Create item to create responses to the list.

Then get items from the list.

Add a Condition to check if the number of items contained in the list is more than 10 with the following code:

@greaterOrEquals(length(body('Get_items')?['value']), 10)

Under if yes branch, create HTML table, send an email to someone.

About the action Create HTML table, I enabled custom columns.

About action send an email, please make sure enable Yes for Is HTML field.

thank you very much for the information. I create the list and everything works well. Now I have only one problem --> After the 10th person fill the form i get an E-mail and thats ok because i want to get the E-mail. But after 11th person fill the form and the 12th Person fill the form......... i also get the E-Mail. I want to get the E-Mails only each 10 times. How can i solve the Problem to get only each 10 times an E-Mail and not everytime after the 10th person fill the Form? Thank you in advance for our help and with best regards
