Can you show your configure run after condition for the Scope. It seems that the condition is set not to run the scope if the Send an email action was successful?
If you want the actions inside the scope to run after the Send an email action has completed, make sure the "is successful" box ticked:

Hi @tannguyendev,
modify "run after" as @ekarim2020 suggested.

From the extracts you have provided, the Catch Scope will execute if any action within the Try Scope fails. In other words, if the Try Scope is successful, the Catch scope wont be executed. And if the Try Scope has an error, the Catch scope will be executed. As far as I can tell the flow is running correctly.
However, here is another way you could implement the Try, Catch error handling method using parallel branches:
And see also: Try Catch error handling using Scope in Power Automate
Hope this helps.

Actually, my flow still working fine. But sometimes it hanged. As you can see, the try and catch block, I put both of them into the condition action, but in this case the flow hanged in the try block with the "SendEmail" action.
Anyway thanks @ekarim2020 . @VictorIvanidze yes I did. You can see my screenshot
Hi @tannguyendev ,
From the small snippets you have already provided, the Try block appears to run successfully without error. The flow does not hang at the Send Mail action, the Send Mail action completes successfully. Therefore the Catch block does not execute - which is correct and what we expect - based on your conditions set for the configure run after condition for the Catch Scope:
Q1: Can you confirm that the email sent by the Send an Email action was received?
The Catch Scope will only run if an action within the Try scope block failed. But no actions within the Try scope block failed, therefore the Try scope completed successfully and there is no reason (condition) to run the Catch Scope.
Q2: The question reduces down to: When do you want the Catch block to execute? What conditions should trigger the Catch block to run?
Can you also please provide full screen shots of entire flow and the runtime outputs for the entire Try and Catch block (along with the run after condition used).
Q3: Please provide the runtime output for when Try block runs successfully
Q4: Please provide the runtime output for when the Try block failed and then runs the Catch block
Hope this helps.

Thanks @ekarim2020 ,sorry about late reply.
Q1: Yes
Q2:
You can look into the Yes branch
Q3:
Q4:
It did not throw the error => nothing to run in the catch block => nothing to give you
Thanks

Hi @tannguyendev ,
The Try and Catch scopes are working correctly as I mentioned before.
(1) Can you share the entire flow so we can try and work out why the flow doesn't continue to run.
(2) Show the runtime history, example:
(3) And show the runtime output of the flow entire flow, so we can see there it terminates or pauses?
Thanks,
Ellis
