I am receiving this error from power automate whenever I trigger a flow. After doing couple of internet searches i got to know that it is due to Throttling Limits . I am trying to connect DocuSign with Power automate. So the Throttling Limits of DocuSign is set to 100 calls and renewal period is 60 sec. But we haven't made 100 calls , still why this error is showing
Please note that my current plan is ms 365 and its is power automate per user plan
Please help me in providing resolution
Here are a few things you can try to resolve this issue:
Look at the number of calls you're making to DocuSign and see if there's a way to reduce the number of calls. For example, if you're making multiple calls for the same data, consider caching the data so you don't need to make multiple calls.
Consider using pagination when calling the DocuSign API to retrieve large sets of data. This will allow you to retrieve the data in smaller chunks and avoid hitting the throttling limit.
If possible, split your calls over different periods of time (for example, every 30 seconds) to avoid hitting the throttling limit all at once.
Contact DocuSign support and check if you can increase the limit.
Look into other alternatives to DocuSign that have a higher call limit, but make sure the alternative is suitable for your use case.
It's important to note that throttling limits are in place to ensure that the service remains available and responsive for all users.

To verify the number of calls your flow is making to the DocuSign API, you can check the run history of your flow in Power Automate. The run history will show you the number of times your flow has been triggered and the number of actions that have been executed. If you are only seeing 23 runs from December, it is unlikely that you are hitting the throttling limits set by DocuSign.
As you are using the "When the envelope status changes" action to trigger your flow, it is not required to use pagination.
It would be helpful to check the Logs of the flow, it should give you more information about the error and where it is occurring. It could also be possible that there is an issue with the SharePoint library or the flow is getting triggered by another user.
