Parse Data from an email into a Sharepoint list or excel foile

Hi,

I'm quite new to Power Automate. I'm trying to scrape content from an email in a shared inbox and populate a SharePoint list with 4 data points with a date of each line insert. This would be a triggered flow when the email arrives. I have been trying loads of different functions such as split to make it happen but I'm having no success. The email is in the same framework each day. Please see below;

Company	Maturity date	Amount (m)	Coupon / Margin	Price
MMC Norilsk Nickel OJSC	Oct 2026	USD 500 .00	2.800%	79.125 - 1.322

Would you happen to know how I can parse the data from this email to make the data collected look like the below in a sharepoint list;

ID	Date	Company	Maturity date	Price
1	30-Nov-23	MMC Norilsk Nickel OJSC	Oct-26	79.125
2	30-Nov-23	Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd	Jul-26	80.046

Thanks very much for your help. I'll use your tutorial and see if I can get my solution to work. I presume to export the data to SharePoint I can just add an additional step at the end to "Create an Item" as a SharePoint function?

If you want a simple one step solution, you could use Encodian's Utility - Parse HTML Table action. 

FYI - Encodian is a standard connector but it is 3rd party. Actions prefixed with "Utility" use only 1/20th of an Encodian credit. i.e. the Standard plan with 500 credits can use 10,000 Utility actions.

I did a similar thing. 

My email contained a table, and I followed this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f68e4RP2QTs , He goes through step by step pulling the data out of the email if its part of a table. 
I had to add some more to the ending to enter my data into an excel, but it works. Hopefully the video can get you started.
