Please help!!! Problem with setting a variable with JSON Parse

minyoungchoe_0-1698682883982.png

Once Parse JSON done, It goes Set variable action as above.
However, 'Apply to each' loop 100 times as I expected but 'Apply to each2' loop only 4 times.

    "Value": "Statistical/Forecasting"
    "Value": "Insights/Descriptive"
    "Value": "Classification"
    "Value": "Machine Learning/Predictive"

The values of first row should be as above, but once 'Apply to each2' done result below.
"Value": "Statistical/Forecasting"

Hi @minyoungchoe

Need a quick confirmation, is it the below should be the come as first iteration value/set variable value ?

  "Value""Statistical/Forecasting"
    "Value""Insights/Descriptive"
    "Value""Classification"
    "Value": "Machine Learning/Predictive"

@Nived_Nambiar
My final goal is create csv file with parsed JSON

So that csv should contain only Value property ?

No there are many.
But I do that part to store parsed json

Hi @minyoungchoe

I see you are trying to select the values from get items output.

So give a try with this approach

What about the one that set variables with Parse Json?

I am not sure why you are using parse json action , could you share me a complete flow design, that would help me to understand things !

Is there any way that I can share my screen ? Since this is my first time to use PowerAuutomate, I really need a help 😞

minyoungchoe_0-1698686475335.png

If I create table and file, it saved as JSON file since the structure looks above.

Hi @minyoungchoe

Just share screenshot of your flow

Also if your requirement is to convert few SharePoint columns data to csv table format then use my approach

It would be helpful

Okay,
May I ask you how do you handle this?

minyoungchoe_0-1698687498010.png

I want to the 'Value' of Analytical Categories only and Dynamic Value never give me only value

I think there would be a dynamic content having value of Analytical Categories with name like Analytical Categories Value

check for that

Else in select action while specifying the Value property , specify it's value like this

item()?['Analytical Categories']?['Value']

Hope this helps !

I really need you help 😢

minyoungchoe_0-1698688231206.png

I did this way and it has null

minyoungchoe_0-1698688581874.png

Hi @minyoungchoe

What I meant is

See you are using get items right ?

In the get items you have used key value pairs to select required property from the value dynamic content right ?

Then in key value corresponding to Analytical Categories, in its value section provide the above expression which I have provided in my above response.

This will help to extract the value from Analytical property  directly 🙂

Hope this helps
