I wrote this automation to grant Power Apps access to users who request it. I gotta say this connector does save a lot of time granting access for app makers. However, the connector has some issues (not sure if they are bugs or not). I wonder whoever's familiar with this connector can give me some advice here.

All works fine with no error. However, some of the users can open the app after they are give the access and some can't even though they got the email notification saying that they got the access.
When I open Power Apps permission panel, I see some differences between the users granted by automation and manual settings. The users with access granted by automation look like this. They have no profile photo, no display name:
while users with access granted manually look like this, they have profile photo and display name:
On the other hand, the users with access granted via automation cannot be managed manually in Power Apps permission panel, meaning that I cannot mannually remove them from the user list. I can only remove them via automation using "Edit App Role Assignment" connector.
I wonder if somebody knows what's going on or has solution here. It would be much appreciated.

After sharing the app, just wonder if you tried to share the rights to access the connectors used by the app.
Or if the app is included in a solution to share the connections, not the connector itself:
It might be the reason why some users have access to app (you already shared the connector access with other apps) and some not.

Hi @gabibalaban, thanks for taking your time checking replying to my question. Do you mean that after sharing the app, I still have to share the connectors used by the app with users?
I tried editing the connector role assignment for the connectors used by the app, only to have got this error message saying "This operation can only be performed on a custom connector."

The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
