Power Automate restrict action to number of rows

Hi All,

i have created one flow to insert data from sharepoint to sql,

the sharepoint has 20 rows but my flow is running for 100 rows by default putting value as null

is there any way to make my flow run for 20 rows only or specifically the number of rows that are present

example if my sharepoint has 20k rows then my flow should only those 20k rows

Based on your query i recommend you to filter out your records based on condition or limit the top count to 20 items only. in the get items action of the sharepoint.

thanks @Shuvam-rpa but what if i dont have exact number rows, suppose at one point i have 20 and another time i have 5000 rows?

We need to better understand your flow arhitecture. Are you using a SharePoint - Get items action first and then an apply to each action for the outputs of the first action ? In this scenario it shouldn’t be any problems. 
Also, please take in consideration that PowerAutomate has a daily limit action number and there is no way to be suitable for moving 20k rows for SharePoint to SQL server. To achieve this you should reconsider your solution and use Azure Data Factory or something similar built for this kind of actions.

yes i using get item first and then apply to each for the output of the first action.

it would be great like running apply to each for only those rows like 20 rows not like 100 rows

@JitenderSinghEH then you can limit the items by sharepoint view or using top count or using odata filter

In such condition i recommend you to create a sharepoint view based on the condition and use that view in get items action
