Power Platform Admin Capacity Files over quota, Where are these files?

Our storage capacity for files has been exceeded in our default Power Automate environment, but we have only just started using Power Automate and only have a couple of forms and flows. We did trial Dynamics a few years ago and the data for this was installed to our default environment - so maybe this has something to do with this;

Does anyone know how I find these files? I have looked at the support article 'Free up storage space' amongst a few others: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-au/power-platform/admin/free-storage-space#reduce-file-storage

But we are not using using Dynamics so I don't think we have access to these utilities and in any case we never created any data in Dynamics when we trialed it - maybe a couple of dozen records, so there should be no data in the Dynamics DB's let alone attachments. So if anyone knows how I might locate these files that would be very helpful.

So you can't remove these files as they're part of the Apps framework and provide all the functionality and niceties you get in an app, i.e. the images etc etc.

Not exactly sure why this became an issue - it has probably been like this for years and I understand that if you only have the default environment it isn't an issue. So it looks like it started after I used a second Production Environment, once this happened it must have triggered a licensing issue.

In the end it was resolved by purchasing a 'Common Data Service File Capacity License' which seems to be listed as a Dynamics 365 license: "Additional file capacity for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps, PowerApps and any application that utilizes Microsoft’s Common Data Service for Apps. Each unit increases available tenant wide shared capacity by 1 GB".
