PowerAutomate flow is not updating if same item is updated by multiple instance of flow

We have a flow which is triggered when SharePoint item is created or modified. It update the capacity in the master List. 

When multiple user do bookings. Multiple instance of flow start running, and it is not updating capacity correctly. For example, in master list lets say capacity is 10 for particular Location, date and slot. And 3 users booking for same Location, date and slot. All 3 users are getting message that booking made succesfully. But capacity is only updating correctly

You can set the flow so that only one instance of the flow is running at any one time. This can be done by setting the concurrency control to 1:

But since multiple users are using the application at same time, so available capacity will not reflect correctly at real time.

If I understand correctly:

* user views a SharePoint list (a list of rooms showing available capacity?)

* user creates a new booking (create item, to book a room)

* the user books saves the form, the flow runs, the room capacity is updated (eg. room capacity is reduced by 1)

The flow can take a minute or two to run. The room's capacity that is displayed in the SharePoint list wont be updated to the new value and displayed immediately. Your concern is that users could be looking at the older value of the room capacity and then trying to book a room - when in fact there may not be any capacity left?

As part of the flow  you could send an email as a confirmation of the booking details or rejection due to no capacity.

It is not room booking. Its for vaccination slot booking. And when slots are available, multiple users trying to book slots. So we need to show real time data as well to user in the form.
