Solved! Go to Solution.
@Danna In Append to String Variable have you added ';' so that each email id will be separated by ';'.
Send to email action needs each email separated by semi colon.
See this- Luis.Ulises.Solis@bd.comTatiana.Yamaguti@bd.com this is not valid email. you need to make this- Luis.Ulises.Solis@bd.com;Tatiana.Yamaguti@bd.com; (See semi colon).
Please 'Thumbs Up' the posts that helped you and 'Mark as Solution' if my post answered your question.
@Danna Please use one string variable and append all related team emails separated by semicolon. Use that variable in CC so that you can remove looping.

Hello Hardesh,
Thank you for the support, I tried following your comments but my flow is still "Sending separated emails", coud you please follow the screenshot, maybe I´m doing something wrong:
1. First, the List has a Field to choose several emails from company as follows, named "Related Team", in this example I filled with two different emails address.
Then I tried using "Joint" with " ;" but I think I doesn´t worked because the mails from the list are not separated by this... I just tried as an example from the solutions community.
After that, I tried with "Compose" and the test run "successfully" but the Flow is still sending Two separated emails from my mail on (CC Copy to). The field from List named "Related Team" includes in this example two different email)
I Upload the detailed flow, awaiting you could find the solution or my flow mistake:
Thank you very much! I appreciate your help
Have a great day
Danna
Hi Hardesh,
Do you have any new, I really appreciate the help as soon as possible
Regards,
@Danna if you have collected emails in a variable then pass that variable rather than creating loop here. Remove apply to each 3 (in red circle). That is the reason you are getting multiple mails. Once removed apply to each 3 then in CC pass variable which collected related teams email.

Hello Hardesh,
Thank you in advance for the support and Patience 🙂
I´m soo embarrassed, I tried but now the error is the Following:
The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Send_an_email_(V2)' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: Input parameter 'emailMessage/Cc' is required to be of type 'String/email'. The runtime value '"Luis.Ulises.Solis@bd.comTatiana.Yamaguti@bd.com"' to be converted doesn't have the expected format 'string/email'.
Saw other similar solutions but apply for email groups where the emails are separated by " ; ". In my case the List does not let me add a " ; " the people on organization is filled as the following image (the symbol ; is not valid on this field, automatically take the people email but you can not locate symbols):
Please follow the detailed flow:
Thank you again for your support

Hello @Hardesh15, Thank you very much my flow is working right! 😀
Thank you for the graphic solution, I was understanding it wrong.
Have a great day
Hi Hardesh,
Hope you have had a great Thanksgiving, again asking for your help!
For the same flow, I added other Field on Share Point List (Responsible Team) and could have several emails too as well Related Team (same past example) , so I edited my flow including the following steps for both (Responsible team and Related team), but now my flow is sending several emails correctly (I mean, the mail is joining emails in To: Responsible team and CC: Related Team), but sending several emails repeated. I do not know what Im doing wrong...
The flow was edited as follows as actions in parallels:
1. Initialize variable
2. Append to string variable
3. Compose
I really appreciate your help again
Regards,
Danna
@Danna Final disposition -Apply to each 3 : what kind of this field?
Since you are including loop inside loop again that is why its sending multiple emails.
Give me info about Final disposition and Local Res... column value type.
Please 'Thumbs Up' the posts that helped you and 'Accept as Solution' if my post answered your question.
Hello Hardesh, thank you in advance for the support.
Please find attached the column value type for "Local QA Responsible" and "Final Disposition". Both are multiple selection fields, as the first Query for "Related Team field"
Let me kno if you find the solution, let me know if you need more information
@Danna Please use @ before Name so that i could get notification of your reply.
"Final Disposition"- Apply to each 3 loop- remove this loop. I want to know why this is applying loop here.
Please 'Thumbs Up' the posts that helped you and 'Accept as Solution' if my post answered your question.
