User interface unusable

Hello,

 

I'm trying to modify a flow but the user interface of the flow is unusable: when I try to click on an action the browser stop working or stalls; usually I use Chrome beacuse it seems more responsive compared to Internet Explorer or Edge (in my opinion, in Edge is near impossible to edit a flow).

 

I restarted my pc but it seems that I still have the problem.

 

Someone have the same experience today: yesterday it worked well and I haven't installed or updated nothing on this workstation.

@mmangiante sounds good, just ping me if you see any apparent errors (and ideally include error id if displayed or ctrl + alt + a output via private message).

 

On Edge we don't expose that key combination, but for our investigation it should be sufficient if provide the ctrl + alt + a output from Chrome. And I'm glad that Chrome works for you, I'm not sure though what is the issue with Edge. In general, Edge is one of our supported browsers and we verified that it should work without problems. I would suggest to try cleaning your browser cache and see if it helps.

@mmangiante do you see any errors on Flow's page?

If so, could you attach a screenshot so that I can investiage your problem? 

 

Alternatively if you don't see any errors, could you go to your list of Flows in Chrome browser, hit ctrl + alt + a key combination and send me the output via private message? 

To send a private message click on my username Pawel and then on the right side should be a link to "Send this user a private message"

 

@Pawel tahnks for your reply; at this time I have no more problem on chrome, but investigate and let you know if I encounter other problems?

However, I see that in Edge it is near impossible to manage a flow (so add action, modify, etc) and so I can use only chrome where flows are more manegiable.

 

With the key combination you opened a world for me 🙂 there are similar key combination in Edge so I can send you a similar log?

thanks for your reply. I'll give it a try to your suggestion to clean the browser cache. I tried the flow service in IE11 on Windows 10 (I used IE11 only to try flow and the service seems better that Edge but it seems that with Chrome it is much more quick).

 

I use as default browser Edge (on my 2 notebooks, work and personal, and the result is similar) so I'd wish that the behaviour is comparable to that offer Chrome with Flow UI: I'll ping you to say what are the results after I clean my Edge cache.

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!    This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
