Filtering Subgrid with Related contacts to site

Hi,

I am trying to filter sub grids for sites to show contacts associated with the site with relevant certifications.

I have setup the view in the contacts table, which displays all contacts from the different sites("Company Name") that they are associated to with the relevant certifications as shown below

I have setup a quick view form in the Accounts table with a sub grid and ticked Show related records. But this will only show the contacts associated with the Parent Account not the Site itself.

I originally had all contacts with the CompanyName as the Parent Account and now just assigning the Site as the CompanyName as i want this to only display contacts associated with the site.

How can I go about only displaying contacts related to the site?

Any help would be much appreciated.

By default Subgrid can show either all records or only related record opened in the form. You can try to setup a quickview form for Sites showing related contacts and then add this form to the account table form. It may work though i never tried this.

Site is another table or it is the same account table. If it is the same account table you must look in the second image where contacts (company name) is placed, search for site

If it is a different table, it must go against that table.

Site is the same as account table as the accounts table consists of 2 types of Accounts - Parent (ie Business) and Site(Stores/Locations). So each site would be assigned to a parent account.

This seems you are taking in incorrect relationship ie contact related with parent account instead account.. choose the correct relationship while adding Subgrid.

You must select the field that refers to the site, you should have two lookups

I have looked into the Contact table and found these relationships mentioning company name 

One setup is 

and the other is the same except the related table is Account instead of Contact

There should be another table relationship named as Accounts (Company name)
