Is there a way to delete a already delete Table

Hello All,
I have a very particular problem. 
I created a Table and it happenend that i made some mistake which i cant correct so i deleted my table. But this table is still "visible"

But the Table name isnt showing like all the other and if i try to open it it just gives me a an Error saying a problem occurred and i need to try later again. now its 3h since i deleted the top one and it still didnt disappear. 
And if i try to delete this one it says that it didnt found the table with the logical name. 
But if i try to create a new table under the same name it says this name already exists so im very confused.

Did you delete the table or only remove it from the solution? Go to "Default solution" and try to remove the table from there. Can you describe in detail what exactly you are doing step by step? 

I suggest leaving this as it is and creating a new table by slightly changing its schema name it the system says it already exists.

All i did was:

• creating this table
• Made a mistake
• deleted this table within the table (like the little preview where you can set forms with it and so on)
• with the option to delete it not only in the solution but in general 
• and after that this happenend

Welp its seems this is the only way to do this in creating a new table with a slightly changed schema name

The last thing I can suggest is publishing all customizations, refreshing the metadata should fix this strange bug.

• Click "Solutions" from the left menu
• Click the "Publish all customizations" button from the ribbon
