We couldn't load your data, Please try again later

I've recently signed up for a power apps subscription (per user, per app, per month) and I was putting together some Dataverse tables to support my app. After creating my second table (yesterday), I can no longer see any Dataverse tables. I get this error message instead: We couldn't load your data, Please try again later.

I've tried in different browsers, and also in private browsing mode just in case it was a "clear your cache" kind of issue but no matter what I get this. It's been persistent for almost 24 hours, which is just so surprising.

Any thoughts on how I can proceed?

@PaulPellegrini  Check what role you have in the Dataverse environment.

Thanks gowrihalan04. I haven't touched the roles since signing up for Power Apps, and originally everything was fine and then at some point yesterday this problem came up, so I'm not sure how the roles would have changed.

Having said that, I've checked the admin center and this is what's listed for my account:

  • Environment Maker
  • System Administrator
  • Basic User

I would have assumed that the System Administrator role would give me everything, but I'd be happy to hear your thoughts!

Thanks,

Paul

--- Update ---

A couple hours ago I created a new "Environment". I had full access to that environment's "dataverse" after I created it. Just now I checked again and this environment has the same problem as my first ("default") environment.

I've done literally nothing in powerapps in the past couple of hours (my laptop was sitting closed on my shelf) and I went from  having normal access to my 2nd environment to having the same problem.

Just to  be clear I am the only person using this subscription, and I have only one username/user account/whatever (xxx@xxx.onmicrosoft.com), so there is no possibility that some other person is messing things up behind my back.

Thanks again!

I am having a similar problem. My IT department just upgraded my permissions, so I can create tables in Dataverse. I can create a table but when I attempt to edit the table, I get the "We couldn't load your data -try again later," error. I did some research, and the problem could be that Dataverse needs to be on SharePoint onsite. Microsoft changes the system all the time, so the cloud service probably is not available anymore for Dataverse. At least this is my best guess. In any case, you may have to migrate to SharePoint onsite or use another cloud solution outside of Microsoft.

I have the same problem. Any solution?

I think need to create your own environment to store all your data sources. If you create a SharePoint list in a different environment, say your company's environment, you won't be able to data to your Power App. It seems like a very convoluted process to manage the data sources.

I also discovered that you cannot have two 365 Accounts on the same computer. I have a personal Office 365 account and a business. I have to cancel one account in order to use the other on the same computer. This is a huge bug that I am hoping Microsoft will fix.

Hi,

I am also faced to this problem. Are there any suggestions to solve this problem? I have tried different browsers, machines and languages but no improvement.

It appears when I want to see the details of a solution:
