Seeking Guidance on User Access for Canvas App with Premium Connectors

Hello All
this might be a really dumb question but here goes:

I have created a canvas app with premium connectors, i already have per app passes assigned to the environment.  
When I try to share the app with users, users can open the app but gets error "Error when trying to retrieve data from the network".
Security roles im using is basic user +  custom security role with appropriate accesses to custom tables.


im working with internal IT to create new emails for the app distribution on the floor.
what steps do i have to follow to let users have least required access?
If i assign System customizer role, user can use the app but they would end up with a lot more access than what we would like.

also, when trying to use diagnostic tool i get no errors as follows:

can someone please list out steps i need to follow for this to work?

@Naddesh Where is your app retrieving data from and writing data to? Is it just Dataverse? If so, I think you will need to ensure that your users have the necessary permissions to be able to perform the various operations that your app performs against each of the Dataverse tables.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm using dataverse as my only datasource for creating and updating records. 7 tables are reference tables hence only read permissions and  only needs write permission to 2 tables. Apart from these 9 custom tables I am using Users tables and AAD users table. I have created a new security role for user give permission to these custom table (everything that is listed in while sharing dialog) and along with that assigned basic user security role. 

User still gets error "error trying to retrieve data" 

I really don't wanna use System customizer role as this is the only one seem to work.
