"action" menu option not appearing

I'm working on a Canvas App, and I do not seem to have an "Action" menu option between view and settings where I would expect it to be - I need to use Power Automate with the App so it's necessary.

Is this a permissions issue? I've got Environment Maker and System Customizer privileges.

how do you write an expression attached to an action after this? Do we just apply it to the OnSelect property?

Ok I have figured out that part but now I can't find the Flow I created to add to the button. I had to recreate it in the Power app itself. The environments are the same. Then pure dumb luck I was able to find it in another app I built but I am stuck.

If you click on the +Add Flow link at the top of the Power Automate panel it will show you a list of all the flows in the environment that have a Power Apps trigger.

A bit late to jump into this conversation but for future readers ... on the formula bar ->

just start typing the Action you wish to take, and IntelliSense will show up some suggestions, then just tab it in.

If you don't know what actions you can use, just type a couple of letters of the Action and look for it in the suggested drop-down list. The IntelliSense feature will show a brief description of parameters and functionality of the formula being used.

Step 1 - Click action required buttun. & Cick fx drop down, inthat, Function category dropdown, choose Action.

Step 2 - In action scroll & choose Navigate option then type therequired  screen name in formula bar

I know this is older but how do I add this action now to the button. I have basically "imported" (that's what it feels like from a user point of view) the Power Automate Flow but do I have to hardcode it into the formula bar? 

Because right now OnSelect reads "false" and I guess there should be something that runs the flow.

Yes, you have to type it in the formula bar.  You always did have to do that even when there was an action tab. As mentioned earlier instead of the Action tab on the top menu there is now a Power Automate icon on the left sidebar.  Other than that it works pretty much the way it always has.

I'm in power automate but I have no idea how to add a navigate button. Please help. And for some reason I don't see any of the buttons at the top. Like yours has view and file and stuff but mine has none of that.

The question is about building canvas apps in Power Apps, not Power Automate.  This has nothing to do with the product you are working on.  You are in the wrong forum.
