Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.
Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.
@Anonymous Where are you trying to import this flow into?
@yojie Right now you could do this only with open shifts (not assigned to a member of the team) if I am not mistaking. Maybe Microsoft decides to add more functionality in the future, so I will keep this in mind!
@Malte Within the Power Automate solutions tile - i clicked import, then uploaded the file provided and I received the message below.
@Anonymous I uploaded a new zip. Go to flow.microsoft.com --> My flows --> Import. Should work from there.
@MalteM Could you please upload the file to this thread? I tried the file in your original post from July, but still receiving the same message.
@Anonymous The file in the original ist already is the new version as I updated it. Very strange because it works for all the others and myself (just tested). Anyway try importing it with the attached json file (unzip first) in this post. Hope this works for you!
@MalteM I unzipped, then uploaded and received the following message "The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported."
@MalteM I have just used it perfectly fine, the only thing I changed was to put the holiday entry to be OOF instead of just "Free" the other thing is to check the Timezone, other users might need to change that to match their local timezone.
Works really well for me at least, thanks for the update
@Anonymous Then I don't know what's wrong to be honest. It works for all the other users here. You don't have to unzip the zip package from the original post in case you are doing that. You can import it as one file.
@Anonymous I just read that you try to import it as a solution. You have to go to "My flows" and import it there.
