Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.
Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.
@Anonymous Looks like you did not set the value of variable "CalendarName" at the top of the flow.
So ill have this issue? What to do?
That ill have done, im getting the shifts in to Outlook, so its working. But there is still an error. @MalteM
@PSoderIs there any additional information about the error (when expanding "Get shifts assigned to user" for example)? But if it's working I think you can ignore it.
@MalteM Thanks for this automation! It seems to be working fine for me, however the created calendar events don't have a subject. It just says 'No subject'. Is there something we are forgetting to fill out in Shifts? I tried to look for a missing field in Shifts, but I can't find any.
Do you perhaps know what's going on?
I wanted to thank you for creating this Flow as it works beautifully after updating the appropriate variables.
Hello @MalteM ,
When I tried implementing the flow I got the following error. Can you please guide me through this process? Can you please let me know the value I am supposed to enterfor the Calendar ID?
I appreciate your help. Thank you.
@TAM_Vysakh Were you able to get this to work, I am running into the same issue that you posted. @MalteM any advice on the issue reported above?
