Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.
Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.
Hi Krisr,
Thanks for responding. I'm still getting the same error. The file attached is still from 2022 from what I can tell. Where did you upload the new file?
If you have set up everything correctly, as detailed in the setup instructions (input your calendar name, team name etc) the flow should still work (for now). It's still possible to edit the flow using the old version of the Power Automate Designer. The message that pops up just means that it can't be edited using the new Power Automate designer. Perhaps that'll be a problem if they ever completely phase out the old Designer UI, but it's okay for now.
To answer your question directly, I used "Import/Import Package (legacy)" to upload the flow.
Kris.
Mine has started recently duplicating every entry so I end up with hundreds of shifts entries when it has a vacation shift added, not really sure why but I am going to poke around, I remember it did this before with my ordinary shifts but I fixed that, it was so long ago that I forgot what I did to fix it.
