Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.
Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.
@MalteM Are you able to repost the zip file below in a different format? When I attempt to import the zip, I receive the following message "he solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported."
@MalteM Hi, I'm still experiencing this issue in the screenshot. Sometimes it runs successfully and syncs and other times this error occurs. Appreciate any insights you can provide here.
Hi @MalteM
Firstly, thank you for the flow 🙂
Secondly, i also have a similar challenge, whereby i need to populate, the other way around.. meaning... Outlook calendar --> Shifts
For e.g. An out of office entry in the calendar can also be seen in Shifts? Would that be possible?
Thank you for your response! 🙂

@Schmidi @Anonymous @Matthewh @Anonymous @LPLPrevention @rol @mcarassale @ianduc @Anonymous @yojie @Ldavidson I uploaded a new version of my flow with two major upgrades. Microsoft removed the throttling limit, so now we can get a whole lot more shifts (previously 100, now 5000). For that I created a new variable "timespan" which you can modify if you want to look further into the your shifts plan (default is now 28 days).
Second major upgrade is that the flow will now also look for your Time Off instances and will create a calendar event for it.
Feel free to download and to give me feedback. If you like it give it a Kudos in the original post!
@Matthewh Are you still running into issues with the new version? To modify the time you now can just modify the value for "timespan".
@LPLPrevention Adding Shift Activities or Shift Notes seems not to be possible right now, but I will keep it in mind for the future.
@rol Tell your friend/coworker to try the new version, the problem he had should be gone.
@ianduc Both these things could be added at the "Create event" action. There you can set the timezone and also add the group name to the subject for example. If you have troubles with that feel free to send me a private message.
