Title: Submitting Professional Development Requests
Description: This Flow will allow for educators to send in a form for PD requests and for an approval to automatically go out for approving or rejecting and then sending feedback to the submitter.
Detailed Instructions:
- Import the package attached below into your own environment.
- Sign in to your Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Outlook and Excel accounts.
- Set up a Microsoft Form with all the question you need for an educator to fill out.
- Create an Excel table with the fields that you request in the form.
- Choose the form and table you created in the previous steps and fill in with the appropriate fields, using my photos to guide.
- Set up the conditional statement for approving or rejecting the PD
