Fetching the data from dataverse based on the modified time and date

Hello All,

I have a table in  dataverse, there would be multiple records whenever user done any changes to the record my bot should take it priority and execute that particular record and should go to another records.

I have a column modified , so based on that modified date and time it should pick the latest record as a priority.

can someone suggest me a perfect API query to get the data with modified date.

Using Power Desktop flow in that i am using invoke web services to get the data from dataverse.

You can use use the $orderby query option in your API call.

$orderby="modified datetime column name" desc

I'm still a bit confused. Why would you require a desktop flow here? Since your trigger point would be in Dataverse, you should set up the trigger point in a cloud flow only.

First, you need to create an automated cloud flow with the highlighted trigger as shown below:

Then, the second step would be the Dataverse table configuration (where you can specify the data you want in the select columns area):

After that, you can use the desktop flow action below in case you need to interact with any Windows or on-premises application, or perform Windows-based automation or interact with a web application that lacks a web API.

And of course, it would require a premium license. If you don't have that, then this automation is not possible. Otherwise, you can create your RPA bot using the Invoke Web Service method where you can include some queries( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/data-platform/webapi/query-data-web-api#order...), but again, it won't trigger unless you manually run it. Hope this helps.

My API Query:

While using the above query i am getting the error:

        "code": "0x80060888",

        "message": "The query parameter [REDACTED] is not supported"
