Power Automate Desktop 2.40.157.24023- can't Edit Flow

I installed the new version and when I try to edit a flow I get this error

and I can't edit, why?

Have you tried restarting your machine and/or reinstalling PAD?

We are experiencing same issue when installing PAD 2.4 on our Virtual machines.

We have tried restart and also deleting Cache and other files from %localappdata%

Still same issue!

Unfortunately, neither Agnus' nor azukowska16's solution worked for me.

Multiple people seem to have similar problems with the 2.40 update. (atleast these threads seem to have similar issue: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Desktop/Object-reference-error-after-update/m-p/2... and https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Desktop/Unhandled-Error-Object-Reference-Not-set-...)

If you have older installation file in your computer I suggest rolling back to older version of PAD. If not try to update and see if the newest 2.41.170 update fixes the issue or contact Microsoft support.

I don't have an old version (2.39) of PAD, could you link it to me?
With version 2.41.170 the problem persists

Unfortunately I don't have it either. I haven't had these problems. Its really unfortunate that Microsoft doesn't provided older version of PAD on their site.
Try contacting MS support and maybe they can provide 2.39 version of Power Automate Desktop. Or if anyone else has that version of PAD and is willing to upload it somewhere.
