SAP Process help

The below screenshot is from VF04 transaction code. I want to pick all these document no and paste one by one in another transaction code. How can i achieve this? @sap

Hi @atharvaj ,

You ca try 2 methods.

1. First method is just check if there is a Export option.If there is a export option,please export it to the excel and loop the the excel data and the paste it one by one.

2. The second method is you can extract all the Data from Extract Data from window and so it will save as Data table and loop through the DataTable and the paste it one by one.

High level steps:

1. Launch SAP Application: Use the Launch SAP action to start the SAP application.
2. Log in to SAP: Use the SAP Logon action to log in to your SAP system.
3. Navigate to VF04 Transaction Code: Use the SAP Enter Transaction Code action to navigate to the VF04 transaction code.
4. Get Document Numbers: Use the Extract Data from window action to read the table containing the document numbers. This will give you a list of document numbers.
5. Loop Over Document Numbers: Use a For Each loop to iterate over the list of document numbers.
6. Navigate to Other Transaction Code: Inside the loop, use the SAP Enter Transaction Code action to navigate to the other transaction code.
7. Paste Document Number: Use the Populate Text field on window action to paste the current document number into the appropriate field.
8. Execute Transaction: Use the SAP Press Enter action to execute the transaction.
9. End Loop: At the end of the loop, the process will go back to step 6 with the next document number.
10. End Process: Once all document numbers have been processed, you can use the Close Application action to close SAP.

Sir, I tried using extract data from window action but the problem i am facing is the entire pane is getting highlighted instead of only the document column. Can you please help me with it

hI @atharvaj ,

Just try to extract the entire table and you will get entire table stored in DataFromWindow variable.

Once that is done you convert the required column into list and  need to loop and then do you actions.

I have provided you the sample flow just try to replicate it.

and also send me the screenshot of extract data from window action screenshot in detail.

Hi @atharvaj ,

So problem with extracting of table. Just try to extract correctly or you can try record option in SAP that will generate VBsctipt code run that code with VBScript action in PAD.
