Hi everyone,
I have run into an issue with my approval flow since the iOS update last week. Before, the approval flow worked perfectly fine. Also, the issue as of now only occurs with iPhone users, Android doesn't seem to have the problem. @ALL please upvot this thread and comment if you experience the same issue so we can get this solved as quickly as possible!
So I have a Button with multiple input fields (Text, Dropdowns, Upload file). The issue I have is with a dropdown input field with 40 options to select (single select, not multiple select). Everything works fine with the form, but as soon as I click on the input field for the dropdown and the list with options opens, the frontend interface gets messed up and shifts "upwards". Meaning that when I tap on an option with my finger, actually a option appx. 1.5inch/3cm further down on the screen is selected. This results in the user having to guess what he is clicking on in the app. As said, everything can be clicked on just fine before I open the dropdown. However, as soon as I open the dropdown the shift in the frontend interface occurs and persists for the rest of the form as well. Meaning that I can't e.g. click on "Done" or go back to my other buttons, because for that I would actually have to tap somewhere above the screen. Also, I can now obviously not select the right input field, I always have to guess where I have to tap with my finger to get the right action on the screen. It is a PURE frontend problem, otherwise the flow works perfectly fine, I have managed once to click on "Done" somehow and the Flow ran just fine.
First I thought that maybe it is because my dropdown has so many options (40), so I split the list in 4 different input dropdown fields with 10 options each. But the problem still occurs, and also before the update last week it worked fine.
Please comment here if you know what the issue is (my guess is a software bug since the new app update), your help is highly appreciated! Thank you.
Best
Hi @Dalamar13 ,
I have made a test on my iphone.
I set a Button with a dropdown input field with 40 options .
However when I run the flow, it doesn't has the issue as yours.
I think it's a compatibility issue of version.
I suggest you re-install flow on your iphone for a try.

Hi @v-zhos-msft ,
Thank you for this reply and suggestion. The issue is however persisting on my end here.. I did slim down the dropdowns in "Manually trigger a flow", taking out any special characters like &, - or /. Also I did reduce the number of options down to 18. I attached two screenshots below showing the dropdowns.
The strange thing is that if I enter the dropdowns first, it is no problem. You can see this in the following screen recording video (Since you can't see where I actually tap with my finger, so for reference, I always tried to select the option at the very bottom of the dropdown list):
https://1drv.ms/v/s!AiFmckp5QxQbgqomvaIhTs_xKzOlyg
However, if I input data into the text fields first, the UI gets messed up. You can see this in the following screen recording video:
https://1drv.ms/v/s!AiFmckp5QxQbgqolM2K8Pf0ZWA1MQg
Likewise, if I select the options of the dropdown first, it works, but then as soon as I tap on a normal text input field, the UI gets distorted.
Can you please help here? I deleted the app and reinstalled. I deleted the "Manually trigger a flow" and recreated the entire form and the issue still persists.
