Final Challenge Table Relationships

So I feel like there needs to be some further clarification needed for the "Animal Table".  I think what I'm getting hung up on is that the "Current Location" column has values for both shelter location and foster claimer.  Are the values for current location entered in manually or is it going to be entered through a lookup?  If the latter option, how would one do a lookup on data from two different columns (shelter and foster claimer)?

I think I will be approaching it, as the school scenario.

Books - Animals

Locations - Shelters

Students - Foster

I will be staring from there and create the environment with the similar approach.

The look-ups also depends on how you want to use the columns.

I had to create more columns and tables to get the information I needed.

can you explain more, what new columns did you created? and how you linked it?

Hi! In my understanding, the Current Locations column can be calculated automatically using a Power Fx formula when creating the column. That way the column doesn't have to be linked to both of the tables, but it gets populated with either the Shelter ID or Foster ID based on a set of conditions.

In the PDF with the challenge requirements, we've been given a hint on the page about the model-driven app, check out the video here: Power Fx Dataverse Formula Columns - Power CAT Live - YouTube

I have put it this way and it works correctly for me:

There's no TIP in my video. What else could I be missing?

Updated: Later found the page in the pdf which was later added to the challenge resources on the 29th of Apr.
