The specified record was not found, Server Response: List failed. Could not find field after update list item for SharePoint Online List, I'm updating item from Flow, it's updating all the fields as expected. But when trying to view item from SharePoint List View Form, it's showing this error. 

Anybody faced the same issue?

This is a weird issue, haven't seen it occurring more often.

Can you try accessing the SharePoint site in a private window and check if that helps in resolving the behavior.

Also, if you have tried customizing the SharePoint form in powerapps, try moving it back to classic experience and see if that resolves the behavior.

If both the steps didn't help I suggest to create a support request for deeper investigation.

@Gopala_Krishna  I have a corresponding issue (same error message). List settings -> Form Settings -> Use the default Sharepoint form. Then I don't get any problem. But as soon as I switch back to "Use a custom form created by Power Apps" I experience the error again. I opened up the form in PowerApps and tried to pinpoint the problem but I don't really know how to proceed from here.. any help appreciated.

I'm experiencing the same issue.  My app uses two different methods of getting to a single record (1) users can select from a gallery; (2) users can search a second gallery and choose a record.  In either approach, the details are displayed on the same detail edit form.  What I'm seeing is that I don't get the error message when using the method of choosing a record from the gallery 1, but I do get the error when using gallery 2 (search).  When selecting a record, I do check whether the user is using gallery 1 vs 2 and set a boolean.  Then, a condition checks the boolean to either point to gallery 1 or 2 before bringing up the edit form.  In both cases, I see the details of the record.  However, and as I mentioned, I get the error when the user comes into the edit form from search (gallery 2).

I have tried the commonly suggested fixes e.g., save as followed by publishing, remove data source followed by publishing, etc.  Nothing seems to work.  I also added a new screen and created a very simple edit form containing all of the fields (vs a custom edit form that doesn't contain all fields).  However, when using SubmitForm(form name), I still get the error when entering the edit form from the search form.  The data source, by the way, is a Sharepoint List.

Anyone have other suggestions or thoughts?  This problem looks like a long-standing problem when trying to user Powerapps with a Sharepoint List.
