Flow does not detect the condition

Hi; I have created several streams that save the attachment in a certain one drive folder. But one does not work correctly for me because there is no specific word that is the correct or incorrect process trigger. In the body of the message:  AGUA Coliformes   0  col./100 ml.

The codification that I put is that if it is different to Coliformes   0  col./100 , copy the attachment in a certain folder

¿Cómo?

Sorry, probably it's me, I did not understand the problem.

If you feel better explaining the problem in Spanish, I can translate into English so other member of the community can help too

Plese can you also shre a screenshot from your Flow design?

Gracias!

Espero podertelo haber explicado.

Hola!

GRacias!

Now, translating into English...

TOPIC#

So you already have designed a Flow, attachments are stored on a OneDrive folder if specific conditions are met.

One of the conditions is: if the body you detect the value is not equal to 'Coliformes 0 col./100' it stores in a specific folder. But it doesn't

Also, when I define the Subject contains a value greater than F001 and less than F999 it does not detect it.

SUGGESTION#1

Can you share a screenshot from your current flow designed, so we can see how your two conditions are currently configured?

Captura consulta Power Automate-2.jpg

Hola!

I just can talk about the second screenshot... the first one is a bit blurred. Can yout cut the condition part from the first screenshot and upload again?

So, you are searching for 'Coliformes...' pattern in 'Datos adjuntos' that seems to be 'Attachments'. My suggestion is to replace 'Datos adjuntos' and assign Body (¿'cuerpo del mensaje'?) from the trigger

('Body' in English)

Ánimo!

Thanx!

Hola!

Sorry for the delay in the answer. THe problem is, some of the rules you are applying are not properly designed

Captura consulta Power Automate-3.jpg

'Cuerpo' is the email body also with HTML tags. So you shall not use operators 'is greater than', 'is less than'. In order to understand it better, please add a 'Compose' action block and assign as its value 'Cuerpo' ('Body' trigger output) from the dynamic content menu. THen reexecute the flow and inspect its content.

If you just need the email body content in text format, you an use 'HTML to text' action block

Hope this helps
