POWER AUTOMATE connect MS Forms with excel and planner, how create it only for new response?

Hi everyone,

I want to create flow which connect - Ms forms, excel and planner, I would like create forms which if responder in one or more of question, check option 'NOK', task will be created. Probably I did it, but.. If flow is turn on and i send new form, flow create a task all from all forms which were created.. I want this flow only for new answers.. I think that i forgot about something. Maybe some kind of connector? Do you know about some connector for new response and task?

Hi @mb995 

Could you please try to use the dynamic content of Response Id instead of List of response in your Get response details action?

It will catch the new response from the MS Form.

Do you want to create a task when a new response received from the MS form and the data from your excel column is equal to NOK, and the task content is based on the new response from MS form and excel?

Yes, Someone completes the form, All of answers go to my Excel's spreadsheet. Next step i must do transposition columns on row (automatically with Power Query) and selected answers only when Someone checked 'NOK". After selected automatically i want to do task in Planner which is based on excel or Ms form. My flow is ok, but if someone completes the form, tasks will be created from all historical "NOK" what is wrong, because i want only for new answer.

@mb995 you must have created the flow quite a while ago because the List of response notifications: Response Id is the old name for Response Id, but it will still work.

The problem that I see with your flow is that every time a response is submitted you are creating a task for every item in the SharePoint list where the specified column has NOK. You should create another column in your spreadsheet table called something like TaskCreated. Then add a filter query in your List rows present in a table action of TaskCreated ne Yes. When the flow runs and the task is created update the TaskCreated column in the relevant to Yes.

I supose that your sugesstion is not enough good to me, because I do not want to control it. It should be automatically e.g. Someone completes flow, task will be created (if any of answers were NOK) and automatically task from this form is done. 

In your propositon I must to add column which i must write Ok, if task was created. For my case is inappropriate solution.

No you misunderstood me; you can populate the extra column as part of the flow.

What do i need to work it correctly? Add new column in excel e.g. Task Created, In flow add in Filter Query add phrase "TaskCreated ne 'Yes'" and what's more? Flow works and also do tasks, but still do it for all historical NOK. Maybe i need something in colmn TaskCreated in Power Query, in Excel?

Maybe you have other idea how I can solve problem when for every forms i need feedback with NOK answers
