2 documents to approve

Hi, i try to build Microsoft flow. I have documents in excel and i would like to add another document in PDF to each excel document and than send email to person who can approve it(need to see both documents). I started build the list in share point but i don't know how to add pdf document to each Excel document. Or should i use different app?

@BC9990 Is this part of a routine ongoing approval required process, or is it more of an ad-hoc approve whatever documents as needed?  If the latter, you can use the Approvals in MS Teams that will allow you to add your documents and send for approval.  If not, please elaborate on your requirements for approval so we can best advise you on a flow.  With a flow you can send any number of documents for approval, but it depends on how you store the data.  If you have a SharePoint list, documents can be attached to the list item.  Or they can be in a library with a status of Approved.

Hi, thank you for answer. I am completely new with work flow, maybe I will  tell exactly what I need and you can better understand...  🙂 

at the moment we are printing every thing, what I would like to do, is go paper less:

Sales team (different people) send email with excel document (enquiry - we have about 20 per day), next I estimate the price and give them price (saved as PDF). I would like to do list with all enquires, next later added PDF with price to each enquiry. Next I need to send email to the person who send the enquiry that Price is ready and they can see enquiry and PDF price. Sales team can add comments in PDF- approve and send information to manager for him to do the same, check enquiry and price, add comments - approve price. Manager need to let sales know that it is approved and ready to send to the customer.

In my mind i would like have a list when I can see on which stage are each enquiry.

at the moment we save all documents in P drive. can I save latest price approved again in P drive in customer  folder?

I am so sorry if it is not clear,  on each stage of approval person need to see both documents to understand what customer wants and price set up. We have a lot of customers, each customer has got a lot of enquires, and also the enquires has got revisions.... I am thinking at the moment to "approval system" only (not storage) add comments to PDF and the PDF later save in customer folder... I haven't got knowledge how better i can to do it.
