502 Bad Gateway

I have a flow that, when somebody in our internal team answers a form, gets the response details and sends an email to our internal inbox. My internal testing was going well, up until yesterday somebody used the form and it failed. Now, every time we use the form, it fails over and over again, always at the same step, where it gets the response details.

I'm getting these this error under the 502:

Note that my office has always used MFA, so I don't know why this became a problem just now.

Hi @mgotao ,

First check if MS Form has been changed, such as moving Form to Group forms.

If so, check if the configuration of corresponding Flow also needs to be changed.

In addition, the error message mentioned in authentication seems to have some issues, you could try to update or re-create the connection of MS Forms related actions.
