Adding rows to an Excel file in Sharepoint excluding rows without unique values

I need to copy the rows from an Excel file stored in OneDrive, and add them to an Excel file stored in Sharepoint.

However, I need a condition so that only unique values from the OneDrive file are added.  

This needs to run once every 2 weeks when the original data is refreshed.

Currently the condition doesn't work and non-unique values are added as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you elaborate a bit more the condition 'only unique values from the OneDrive file are added'?
Does it mean you have to check the values of an specific column in your source Excel file, row by row, if one value is shared by two or more rows, none of these rows shall be replicated to your target Excel file?

An example would be extremely useful to better understand your challenge

Hi efialttes! Thanks for your comment. I basically need to parse through each row of the source Excel file, and check the "Name" column. If the value for "Name" is already present in the target file then I don't want to add that row to the target file. However if the "Name" value isn't already in the target file then I want to add that row to it.

My suggestion is to use 'Filter array' action block inside an 'Apply to each':
The 'apply to each' iterates through all your excel#1 rows
Now inside it you add a 'Filter array' action block', assigning as its input 'List rows present in a table' output for Excel #2 (target file). It's condition rule will be to verify if 'Name' from current item in Excel#1 is equal to 'Name' in Excel#2
Next, you add a condition still inside your 'Apply to each', and add the following expression to the left term of the condition rule 

length(body('Filter_array'))

Assign 0 as the right term of the condition rule, and keep 'is equal to' as the operator
Finally, on the true branch you should place the logic to add a new row in your target excel file
