Creating Planner Task from Form which include attachments and then to export all information as an Excel spreadsheet

Hey guys

Total novice to power automate/flow so please forgive me!

I am looking to streamline a function for work that is very old fashioned and everyone gets two versions of paperwork, when everything can be streamlined into one process. The forms acts as a customer request, that has 4 products that the customer can pick from. From there, a list of options (under each of the products) can be filled out by the customer.

I have built a form in Forms that when the user populates it and fills it out, it goes into the correct Teams bucket.

However, I require two things to happen in the same instance as the task in planner gets populated:

• I require the attachments from the files on my OneDrive that people have uploaded via Forms to be attached to the task card
• I also require that the data to be exported and attached to the task card in Teams with only the relevant information appropriate to each of the products (I know that I can export all data from the Form, but it shows everything - each product is outsourced)

Any help on these matters would be absolutely grand!

@Sphynx2086 Instead of using a Switch function—you should consider using an expression or a key so that you are using dynamic content in the create and update a task actions. This way you only need to use those actions once in your flow making it easier to manage.
