Error: Action 'Apply_to_each' failed

I'm trying to create a flow that will gather the information from a form that is filled out, and will use that information to update a list I have in sharepoint. As well as send an email notification.

My test keeps failing on the apply to each step where I get this error:

ExpressionEvaluationFailed. The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@triggerOutputs()?['body/resourceData/responseId']' is of type 'Integer'. The result must be a valid array.

According to the error you are trying to do a loop on an integer value instead of an array of integer values.  I suspect you should be doing the loop on ResponseData and not response ID.

The issue when i use resourceData/response ID is that I don't get any of the response details from the form. None of the variables that reference my form like title, description, etc appear when trying to create the new item in sharepoint via the flow.

If you are trying to take the responses from an MS Form and create a list item in SharePoint you don't need an Apply to Each Loop.  The trigger will fire whenever a response is submitted.  You can use the Response ID from the Trigger to get the details of the response.  Then use those Details to create a record in SharePoint.

So I tried exactly that as well, but when I test by manually completing my form, none of the flow events occur and the new ticket is never added to my sharepoint list?

First, make sure you wait at least 5 minutes after you submit the form for the flow to pick it up.  If it still doesn't work after 5 minutes then the problem is with the trigger, not the rest of the flow.  You'll have to get that working first.  When you say manually completing your form you mean you fill the form out and submit it in Microsoft Forms right?

Yes, I am testing by visiting the shared link of my form, then filling out completely and submitting it. But it seems the flow never gets triggered, I don’t understand why since I have it linked directly to my submit a ticket form..

Did you pick the Submit a ticket form off the dropdown or type in the name?  It looks like you have an extra carriage return in the dropdown.  If you did type in the name did you use the 'Enter Custom Value' entry in the dropdown to do it?

I selected it directly from the drop down option given to me, not sure why it appears like regular text.

@Pstork1 I created a brand new flow with just a simple trigger event "when a new form response is submitted" and a 2nd step to send me an email. I did this to test the trigger event, and after submitting the form multiple times the flow never once worked. There is definitely something wrong with my trigger event, but I don't know what the issue could be

I just tried one of my flows using the Forms trigger and it worked fine.  Did you create the form using the same login as you are using to create the flow?  Otherwise, I'm not sure what is wrong.  You'll probably need to open a support ticket to get this one resolved if the trigger isn't firing.
