I've only recently started working with Power Automate, exploring the possibilities and what it can provide our organization. I've created a fairly simple to me flow, but am running into the error mentioned in the subject:
Error: User '[]' has reached its limit of '5' 'CHATS/[]/MESSAGES' subscription on tenant '[]'
I'm thinking the issue is being caused by my loop, but I may be incorrect there. The flow moves like so:
1. A trigger word initiates the flow in a Teams chat, initializing the variables
2. Two trigger words are then looked for - one to increment a counter variable (right branch) via "When keywords are mentioned" trigger, and one to move to the flow end (left branch).
3. Once the flow has moved to the end branch a message is posted to the chat which is appended with the incremented counter.
The error is being encountered when moving to the flow end. The trigger word is never detected and the flow times out on the "Listener - End Tracking (When keywords are mentioned)" step. I added the Terminations thinking perhaps the flow wasn't ending properly after it was run (even though run history didn't state that it was still running), but that may have been unnecessary. I've also noticed that when the flow does work, there's a rather large delay to increment the variable via "When keywords are mentioned".
If relevant, I have one additional flow currently active within the same chat - it's much simpler two-step flow with a "when keywords are mentioned" resulting in a chat message being posted. This flow will work without the problematic flow running and while it's running, so I don't think they're causing an issue with each other.
It's highly possible I've just gone about this in an entirely inefficient way and that's ultimately resulting in the error I'm seeing. I feel like an Adaptive Card solution may be a better route, but I haven't played around with Adaptive Cards enough to get them to work for what we're needing.
Any advice, input, or otherwise would be greatly appreciated!

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
