Salesforce 'When a record is modified' flow triggering every time Opportunity object updated

How do you make sure a Salesforce 'When a record is modified' flow only triggers once?

I have a Flow that triggers on the following conditions on Opportunity object:
StageName eq 'Closed Won' and Type ne 'Renewal' and Net_ARR__c gt 8000

This works and sends a message to a Teams channel.

However if someone then updates the same Opportunity object (any of the fields are changed and saved) the message is sent to the Teams channel again.

I need to add a condition that only triggers 'Only when a record is updated to meet the condition requirements'.
Does this functionality exist in Power Automate Flow builder?

You need to distinguish between filters (current status) and changes (old value to new value).

That trigger only tells you that a record was modified. Your filter will limit records to certain rows, but it has no impact on  the actual modifications.  You are very much on your own to figure out if the modifications were made on one of the fields you are interested in, or on any other field.

You would need to consult the Opportunity Field History Object to see what change actually happened.

The issue we have here is it doesn't matter what the change was unless it was 'StageName = Closed Won'.
As any field can currently be updated on the Opportunity object once the Opportunity is Closed Won.

Would this work if I added a condition like:
Opportunity Field History Object = 'Stage' changed = TRUE

Could this be done in the 'Filter Query' as above?
I have tried to add something similar but I can't get the syntax to work.

You can only filter one object at a time. You would need to run a complex custom SOQL query to combine objects.
