Send an email (V2) — user exceptions

I have created a flow for obtaining approvals to work from the office due to the office being closed due to COVID-19.

Whenever an employee requests to work from the office through an MS Form, Power Automate sends an approval request to the Office Manager.

Based on the approval, Send an email (V2) sends an email to the requestor with their Manager on CC. 

The issue is, I want to exclude one particular user (the CEO) from being on copy as the Manager. 

How do I achieve this?

Clarification: When the CEO is the manager, the confirmation should only be sent to the requestor.

Thank you for posting.

According to your request, I understood your whole process will be as below:

1.Submitter fill in a form and start an approval;

2.The request will be sent to submitter’s manager;

3.Manager approves the request;

4.Submitter and manager will get approval notification but if the manager is someone like CEO, the notification will send to submitter only. If any misunderstood, please kindly let me know.

In condition section, we need to use another condition to check the manager info:

Meanwhile, if you want to authenticate submitter’s email address not just from answer of form. We can get submitter’s email address from ‘get response details’ directly.
