Trigger when a OneDrive For Business file is uploaded

Hi, 

Uploaded my documents in OneDrive for Business. Will like to trigger a flow when a new document is uploaded. Is this possible?

Tried "when file is created" or "when file is modified", but both does not work for uploading documents.

I have same problem. I use when new file is created.

I tried to use it with notification as action and it worked when new file was added, but when I edit it and add approval nothing happen. It is not triggering at all. No message, no error, nothing.

Is it working at all?

No, did not work for me. I think trigger for "File upload" is not available now.

Only works new MS office online file is created/modified in OneDrive for Business. Was hoping someone in forum can provide alternative, maybe using some advance option.

If you want to trigger a flow when a new document is uploaded in your OneDrive for Business folder, you could consider take a try to use the "When a file is created" trigger as the trigger of your flow. 

I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. My flow's configuration as below:

The flow works successfully as below when I upload a file into my OneDrive for Business folder:

The flow may spend almost 15 seconds to be fired. The flow would have its own trigger interval, there is a limit in Run duration of single flow run, the max Run duration is 30 days. More details about the limits of Run duration and retention of single flow run, please check the following article:

In addition, the trigger would have its own limits. You could consider search for corresponding connectors within the following article and check if there is a limit related to the trigger that you used:

This Flow is working well.

But I tried to use approval flow, that is also available from templates. This Flow is not working. It look like this:

But this Flow is not fired up, even the file is added to folder. Same scenario I used for notification as shown in your message and it worked fine.

Is there a chance to navigate me to find where can be issue?

I have the same problem with OneDrive on Mac. If I add the files directly to OneDrive folder, they cannot be triggered. If I add same files to OneDrive on Internet, so they can be triggered successfully. So I see the OneDrive-App doesn't work with Microsoft Flow at the moment. I used the existing Microsoft Flow "Copy files between OneDrive and SharePoint".

I had this problem like two days after I firstly created this Flow. Few days after it start working and it keep working. So I hope this will fix itself for you soon.

@vecerpa Yeah, you are right. Now, it works correctly. But today I got new version for OneDrive - Mac.
