when i insert  Apply to all in Microsoft flow I could not find  the list of response  notification

Are you trying to use the Apply to each to parse through responses to an Approval request? If so add the action you want to use the responses in and add Responses to it.  Flow will automatically add the Apply to each.

this type of loop is generally automatically inserted when needed.

You could add a compose outside of that loop and insert your variable that you think needs a loop and it will add one for you. You may not have anything that needs looping

The point is what dynamic content are you expecting to see to insert in the loop?  is there an Approval action somewhere above the Apply to Each in the screenshot or what?  There needs to be some kind of collection in the flow to be able to use the Apply to Each.  If the dynamic content dialogue is filtering the dynamic content too aggressively then simply use the first action you want to do inside the loop and apply the dynamic content there.  If its a collection then Power Automate will embed it into a suitable Apply to each loop.

If you want to get Form response, then you don't need to use Apply to each.
