Hello Power AutoBots,

I'm Very new to Power Automate and i wanted to create a flow:

1. I have a list of email ID's | I have a .CSV with email id's | I can add multiple emails in the input area

2. from those mass list of emails

I need help in Creating a flow where i can send emails individually even from any of the above scenario from option 1.

Ah, ok. Now I have a clear understanding of the issue. So, you want your email in an array from your registration in each row, this is achived like this:

Heartholme_0-1678790683317.png

In your second compose you want this expression:

split(outputs('compose'),';')

In the filter array you put Compose 2 in the "From", then as an expression put item() in left side of filter array, which should be "Not equal to" and leave the last field blank.

Then add an apply to each and reference the filter array as dynamic content:

This should do the trick!

  1. tart by signing in to Power Automate and clicking on the "Create" button in the left-hand navigation bar. Choose "Instant-from blank" to create a new flow from scratch.

  2. Select "Manually trigger a flow" as the trigger for your flow. This will allow you to manually initiate the flow each time you want to send an email.

  3. Add a new "Get items" action from the list of available connectors. Choose the SharePoint connector (or the connector that corresponds to the platform where your contact information is stored) and select the list or library where your contact information is stored.

  4. Configure the "Get items" action to filter the list of contacts, if necessary. For example, you may only want to send emails to contacts with a certain job title or in a certain department.

  5. Add a new "Apply to each" action and select the output from the previous step as the input. This will allow you to loop through each item in the list and apply the same actions to each one.

  6. Within the "Apply to each" action, add a new "Send an email" action. Choose the email connector that you want to use (such as Outlook or Gmail) and enter the email addresses of your recipients in the "To" field.

  7. You can also add a subject and body for the email, either by hardcoding the values or by pulling them from the contact list using dynamic content. For example, you might want to include the recipient's name or job title in the subject or body of the email.

  8. Save and run the flow. When you trigger it manually, the flow will loop through each item in your contact list and send an email to the corresponding email address.

these are the steps i'm trying to follow but unable to understand

Hi @Anonymous,

If I understood you correctly, this is where the issue lies:

You need to put the email adresses from your SP list here.

This will iterate through each line in your list and send an individual email to each person.

Let me know how this goes!

@Anonymous

In your list you have one row for each email right? In this case you should only reference the mailID in your "Send an email action":

Heartholme_0-1678787864134.png

This will in turn put the send an email into an "Apply to each". The apply to each will go through each email in the list and send an mail to the mail for every row.

Let me know how it goes.

but by this, the flow is only send the email that are in the list,

my senario is if there are multiple emails entered and i have to send the same message individually without sending the other emails as cc or as to be shown sent in group then what way i can create a flow?

below is an example of an application i have created in PowerApps where i have entered email id's but when I clicked submit then i can send the mail individually

Dhage_1-1679304278240.png

my entire PowerApp and Flow in once screen now i need to connect that flow ?

Seems to be working correct now?

If you have a flow that's failed a run it will show a error, but it should still work.

If it works now, you're all good.
